Way before The Feed Store/Pet Junction existed, Joyce Scott began bringing feed for her livestock and her pets at Winewood Ranch. Neighbours began to enquire and now here we are 35 years and 3 locations later.
We are a family-based business in Whitehorse that wants nothing but the best for our customers and your four-legged family members. We carry supplies and a wide variety of products for everything from mice to horses. Our staff members have extensive knowledge on all our products and are always striving to learn more. We can assist with anything from large and small animal nutrition to fencing and equestrian concerns.

LISA TRIGGS, OWNER
Lisa is a born and raised Yukoner. She is continuing on with her mother’s vision for providing the North’s animals with quality feed, health products, and other supplies.
SHAYNE TRIGGS, CO-OWNER/MANAGER
Alongside Lisa, Shayne is The Feed Store’s 3rd generation ‘Jack of All Trades’. He is always striving to keep customers flowing and to make sure the staff is happy and on-task.
MIKE, WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Being a part of The Feed Store family for over 19 years, Mike makes sure our warehouse is fully stocked and organized with all of the food and supplies our customers need. Our finances are never out of order, thanks to Mike.
MEGAN, STOREFRONT/NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Megan came to us from the Pelly River Ranch, one of the Yukon’s oldest farms. She brought with her knowledge acquired from helping to raise livestock in the North. Over the past 15 years, she has learned all about companion animals. With her vast knowledge, she is able to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your furry friends needs.
JOSH & PATRICK, WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES
As a service to you, our warehouse staff is happy to help by taking all large items to your vehicle. Josh & Patrick are always there to lend a hand. Always polite and full of smiles, they are the reason our shelves are stocked full of food and our warehouse is organized and clutter-free!
EFFIE MULLIN, STOREFRONT SUPERVISOR
Ready to assist you as you enter the store, Effie, is always expanding her pet product knowledge in order to make your visit an easy one. If you have questions about toys, food, health care or other products, Effie is ready to answer.

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY
As a family that lives and works right in Whitehorse, we find it crucial to give back to our community. We collect and match donations throughout December for Humane Society Yukon/ Mae Bachur Animal Shelter, Dawson Humane Society, Y.A.R.N, and most recently Yukon Small Animal Rescue & Advocacy.
Every 3rd Saturday of every month (usually) volunteers from the Mae Bachur Animal Shelter occupy our self-serve dog wash at a first come first serve availability and wash your dog for you! All proceeds go to the Shelter to help the animals in need.
